Step 1- Dream it

We begin with a site visit to see what you have in mind and make a realistic plan to move forward easefully. We help you with the design process if needed, and give you an estimate based on the best prices available for materials and labor.

Step 3- Build it

We get to work. For a simple 1 bedroom unit, we could be complete with construction in as little as 8 weeks. Our time frame from beginning of construction through completion is 2-4 months total. A small investment considering the yearly return and the benefits that providing more housing brings.

Step 2 - Permit it

We facilitate the permit process. Because of changes to laws with ADUs due to natural disasters, this process is expedited and we are moving through in a few weeks what used to take a year or more. Show the city your plans and move through inspections.

Step 4- Complete it

Inspections and finishing touches wrap up the project. From here it’s up to you!
